9700 is basically a platform built from 9000 but was much increased.

From several sources for which we have included Crackberry.com, said that the BlackBerry 9700 does not use the touch screen but is equipped with 3G networks, WiFi, GPS, and 3.2 megapixel resolution camera. When compared with 9700 dimensions 9000 Bold certainly smaller and more convenient than holding the handheld Bold 9000.

Design of the BlackBerry 9700 looks almost identical to the design of the BlackBerry 9630 Tour, only the designs looked smaller. BlackBerry 9700 uses a trackball and buttons using the rubber material for easy to use and does not feel slippery.
